Walkers are Welcome in Spilsby and Hundleby, Lincolnshire

facebookWalkers Are WelcomeWalkers are Welcome is a nationwide initiative to encourage tourism by promoting the local area as being welcoming to walkers.

Here in Spilsby and Hundleby we do this by organising monthly walks, ranging from short pavement strolls to longer countryside hikes.

Our future walks are as follows:

Thursday 13th July 10am meet outside the Elm Tree B&B in Hundleby 5 mile walk to East Keal and back (around 2 and a half hours). Coffee at the Elm Tree afterwards
Friday 11th August 10am meet at Old Bolingbroke Church 5.5 mile walk via Wheelabout Wood
Saturday 9th September 10am meet at Spilsby Methodist Church Choice of 2 mile pavement stroll or 4 mile countryside walk.

Maintaining Footpaths:

We also assist with maintaining public footpaths, and will be holding a Litter Pick on 15th August, starting at 10am in Post Office Lane Car Park in Spilsby, following the footpath to Halton Holegate.
